This is a brand new watch complete with Manufacturers 12 month warrantee (warrantee excludes strap & battery) The watch is supplied with a winder tag that you remove when setting the watch for the first time. This preserves the battery prior to use.
It is a fashion watch and so only the main analogue dial operates. The other small dials are for decoration only but they look functional even if they are purely for cosmetic purpose only.
