Order Process & Returns

At RG Eyewear we understand the importance of processing orders quickly and efficiently. From the moment you have paid for the item we ensure a quick turn around.

Payment

Most of our customers choose to pay via credit or debit card, These payments are handled by Paypal or Stripe two of the worlds largest and safest payment processors. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use their system, just a credit or debit card. Stripe processes payments from all major credit/debit cards worldwide. Your payment information is safe. You are not sharing this information with ourselves as you will make payment in the high security facility provided in our checkout via your chose provider. This ensures your information is protected.

We also understand that some people may not wish to use a credit or debit card so also accept payments by UK bank transfer.

Processing

Once payment has been received you will receive confirmation by email. At that point we process your order which is packaged into a mailing box and made ready for dispatch on the next days postal run (excludes bank holidays and weekends) If the order is paid before 9am (weekdays) the parcel will be dispatched on the same day.

Dispatched

We use Royal Mail who collect from us every weekday morning, In the Uk the parcel goes via first or 2nd class mail and for overseas parcels go via Royal mail Airmail. UK parcels generally take 1 to 3 days depending on the destination. Europe can take 5 to 10 days and worldwide 7 to 15 days once again depending on final destination. All parcels are insured. UK Parcelforce 24 is a 24 hour courier service available to UK mainland addresses only.

Completed

Once the parcels have been processed and dispatched we mark the order as completed as we have then passed your parcel over to Royal Mail to finalise its safe journey.

Arrival

When your parcel arrives with you it should be intact and the Sunglasses in perfect order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is any damage.

Returns

As an internet buyer you are further protected by Distance Selling Regulations. This means you have a 14 day period from receipt in which to the return the item in new unsed condition should you decide you don't wish to keep it. We ask that if you do wish to return the item to contact us as soon as soon as possible to ensure we are aware of the returning parcel.
Our return address is on all parcel label paperwork. All we ask on this occasion is that you cover any return postal costs . On safe arrival we will refund the item cost within 24 hours.
