TR90 frame
TR90 is a special polymer that allows for a very flexible lightweight frame that is also strong and retains shape. This flexibility means that it reduces pressure points meaning less fatigue when worn for long periods.

Sprung Hinges
It is very rare to find sprung hinges on a TR90 frame as TR90 is already very flexible. With the addition of sprung hinges it makes these glasses even more comfortable. Sprung hinges allow for over extension of the temple(arm) this means that as you wear the glasses they find their own optimum pressure to hold to your head driven by the hinge rather than just the flexibility of the frame material. The result is the most comfortable glasses to wear and it makes them suitable for the wider face. People who have a wider face/head profile often suffer from headaches when wearing sunglasses. This can be from a combination of things and the less obvious is the frame. The reason this happens is the wider head profile with a normal pair of sunglasses means the glasses sit tighter than tnormal. This in turn creates pressure points.
